At EXPRESS TINY HOUSE, we are committed to building high-quality tiny homes and container homes designed to provide years of reliable performance. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials while outlining the responsibilities of both the customer and our company.

Please read this Warranty Policy carefully before purchasing your home.

1. Limited Structural Warranty

EXPRESS TINY HOUSE provides a 12-month Limited Structural Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and structural components resulting from normal residential use, including:

• Structural framing
• Roof structure
• Exterior wall construction
• Factory-installed flooring
• Factory-installed windows and exterior doors
• Factory-installed cabinetry and interior finishes affected by workmanship

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products and appliances installed in your tiny home or container home are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.

These may include:

• Heating and cooling systems
• Water heaters
• Refrigerators
• Ovens and cooktops
• Electrical components
• Plumbing fixtures
• Windows and doors
• Solar equipment (where applicable)

Warranty claims for these items may be handled directly by the original manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
• Damage caused during transportation by third-party carriers after acceptance
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage caused by severe weather, flooding, fire, earthquakes, lightning, or other natural disasters
• Improper installation, relocation, or foundation issues not performed or approved by EXPRESS TINY HOUSE
• Routine maintenance items
• Mold, mildew, or moisture damage caused by improper ventilation or maintenance
• Damage caused by pests or animals

4. Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage, homeowners are responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance.
• Keeping the home clean and properly ventilated.
• Following all operating and maintenance instructions provided with the home.
• Promptly repairing minor issues before they become major problems.
• Using the home only for its intended residential purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to properly maintain the home may void portions of this warranty.

5. Warranty Claims

If you believe your home has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

6. Repairs

If your claim is approved, EXPRESS TINY HOUSE may choose to:

• Provide another reasonable remedy at our discretion

Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

7. Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless approved in writing by EXPRESS TINY HOUSE.

Our liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of covered defects. EXPRESS TINY HOUSE shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, accommodation costs, lost income, or personal property damage, except where prohibited by applicable law.
