30-Day Return Period

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To qualify, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must not have been altered, damaged, modified, or misused after delivery.

Return Shipping

Once a return has been approved, Express Tiny House will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange the necessary return transportation at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

After the returned product has been received and carefully inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Product Inspection

Non-Returnable Items
