Features include a porcelain toilet, mirrored vanity cabinet, dual shower system with rain head and handpiece, tempered glass sliding shower screen, acrylic shower base, exhaust fan, and a window with flyscreen.

The interior features timber-look grey vinyl flooring, clean square wall junctions, formed wall linings, tiled bathroom flooring, marble-look bathroom wall panels, and a frosted bathroom entry door. The Container Office is built with a welded engineered steel frame and EPS insulated sandwich panel walls and ceiling. Reinforced pod feet include tie-down provisions, while a roof-mounted crane lifting point supports efficient positioning and installation.

The office includes LED ceiling lighting, an internal switchboard with circuit breakers, double-pole power outlets, a dedicated 15-amp outlet for air conditioning, and a 15-amp external outlet for the hot water system. A rear mains power supply cable and smoke alarm are also included.

The plumbing system is designed for straightforward on-site connection, with a single-piece brass wall/floor penetration fitting and no concealed pipework within the structure. Access beneath the office is required to connect shower and toilet waste.
